The monthly 'meditation happenings' continue on Monday 1st March, 8pm at St Mary & John church in East Oxford.
For an hour the church will be an ambient, meditative place with reflective music playing, candlelight, incense, short readings and exercises. Just show up if you are local to Oxford and this sounds like something you might be interested in. These sessions are running on the first Monday of each month.

CREATION SPIRITUALITY COURSE

Matt is offering a 5 week experiential lent course on Creation Spirituality - a teaching about the spiritual journey articulated by Matthew Fox. The 5, hour-long sessions will combine teaching, music and meditation alongside sensory work with elemental materials as we explore the 4 paths of creation spirituality : the Via Positiva, the Via Negativa, the Via Creativa, and the Via Transformitiva.
Please note - this course is not specifically about the environment or ecological issues!! The course is free but we are asking you to register if you want to take part.
UPDATE : this course has now started but you are still welcome to join the sessions. There are audio recordings of the sessions so far (as well as notes to download) on our resources page.
